bugs rock business days are monday through thursday, 10-6pm eastern, and you can expect an email response within 2 business days. the following faq, though, are available 24/7.
orders typically go out within 1-4 business days (monday through thursday) of ordering. if a delay is expected on my end, i'll reach out to you asap about it. when it comes to preorders, i'll state on listings when they are expected to start being shipped out.
to keep items, and the planet, safe and clean i use recyclable materials - any packing peanuts are starch based and can be dissolved in water, and they come from my own supplier orders. in the rare instance you see bubble wrap, i'm always reusing it from items i've had delivered. this is all in service of getting everything to you in one piece - especially wax items that need to be packed appropriately in the hot summer - while not trying to create new trash.
as for shipping/logistics, i am using ups ground as it's so far been the most affordable and effective option. unless otherwise state, everything is being shipped from jersey city, nj.
shipping products at this scale is very new to me, so i need some time to master domestic shipping and figure out the best way to ship internationally in a way that’s affordable for you and i - and gets these precious items to you in one piece.
if your item arrives damaged, reach out asap so we can resolve the issue together. unless otherwise stated on the item listing, returns of unused items in new condition will be accepted if you reach out within 4 business days (monday through thursday) of receiving the product undamaged. i'll refund you the cost of the item, minus shipping, upon my receiving the item back.
i use 100% soy wax and lead-free wicks. anything using fragrance or essential oils is phthalate-free. if you have absolutely any concerns - especially about allergens - send me an email and we’ll talk.
